CM Nitish mourns the death of Bihar Chief Secretary Arun Singh


In Bihar, the corona infection is taking a macular form. Meanwhile, the Chief Secretary of the Government of Bihar, Arun Kumar Singh has died of corona infection. He was undergoing treatment in the hospital. State Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has condoled his death. About a week before this, Ravi Shankar Chaudhary, Additional Secretary, Health Department, passed away. All cabinet colleagues have mourned the death of Arun.

Arun Kumar Singh, a 1985 batch IAS officer, was taking over as Bihar Development Commissioner before Chief Secretary. He was made the Chief Secretary this year. His corona report came positive on 15 April. After this, he was being treated in a private hospital in Patna. After this, he breathed his last on Friday. Earlier, two IAS officers of Bihar also died due to the corona virus.

On Tuesday, 59-year-old IAS Vijay Ranjan died of corona. He was admitted to Patna AIIMS Hospital four days ago. He was employed in the post of Director in the Panchayati Raj Department. At the same time, Dr. Lalan Kumar Rai, District Immunity Officer of Vaishali, also died from Corona.
